Corporate law is the principal area of our activities. We offer legal consulting to entities willing to enter the Belarusian market and become incorporated in Belarus. We advise our clients on the application of corporate law and provide legal support for the purpose of registration, reorganization and liquidation of legal entities, including business entities with foreign participation. Our activities also include legal support of mergers and acquisitions, divisions, and other operations, in particular those involving different jurisdictions. We also carry out due diligence checks and help develop corporate agreements.

Corporate management is our another forte. Our firm provides legal services to clients requiring an external manager. We collaborate with lawyers having a deep knowledge of corporate law and experience in managing other companies and workforces.
